About the Role
As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our HR strategy. You will lead and mentor a talented HR team while ensuring that our people practices align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy1
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,2 motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance3
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to4 management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management5
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Director or other senior HR role
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Deep understanding of all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
